These Terms of Use set out the conditions governing the use of the karatsoft.com website (the “Site”) by visitors. Anyone who visits or uses the Site shall be deemed to have read and accepted these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Parties and Definitions

The Site is operated by Karatsoft Teknoloji Limited Şirketi (“Karatsoft”). “User” means any natural or legal person who visits the Site for any purpose. “Content” means all text, images, logos, videos, software, documents and other materials on the Site.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site is published to provide general information about Karatsoft’s corporate structure, software services, products (NetKurum, Funikid, netKonsol, Mobilverse, etc.), projects and blog posts, and to enable visitors to get in touch with Karatsoft. The information on the Site does not constitute an offer, commitment or contract; binding terms relating to services and products are determined by contracts signed separately between the parties.

3. Rules of Use

The User agrees to use the Site only for lawful purposes. In particular, the User agrees not to engage in any of the following conduct:

  • Any action that would disrupt the operation of the Site, create excessive load or endanger its security (automated scanning, attacks, uploading malware, etc.),
  • Attempting to gain access to unauthorized sections of the Site, its servers or its databases,
  • Submitting false, misleading or unlawful information, or information belonging to another person, through forms,
  • Posting insults, threats, advertising, spam or content that infringes the rights of third parties in blog comments and communication channels.

Karatsoft reserves the right to restrict access to the Site for users who act in breach of these rules and to remove the content they have submitted from publication.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All Content on the Site, together with the name, logo and product brands of Karatsoft, belong to Karatsoft or its licensors and are protected under 5846 sayılı Fikir ve Sanat Eserleri Kanunu (Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works) and 6769 sayılı Sınai Mülkiyet Kanunu (Turkish Industrial Property Law No. 6769). The Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used for commercial purposes without Karatsoft’s written permission. Short quotations may be made for personal, non-commercial use, provided that the source is cited and a link to the Site is given.

5. Limitation of Liability

Karatsoft takes care to ensure that the information on the Site is accurate and up to date; however, it gives no warranty as to the completeness, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose of the Content. The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Karatsoft cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use of the Site, its inaccessibility, interruptions, technical errors or harmful elements such as viruses.

The Site may contain links to websites, app stores or social media accounts belonging to third parties. These links are provided for convenience only; Karatsoft is not responsible for the content, security or privacy practices of those sites.

7. Personal Data and Cookies

Personal data submitted through the Site is processed in accordance with 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698). For detailed information, you can review the Data Protection Notice (KVKK), Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy pages.

8. Changes

Karatsoft reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. The current text is valid from the date it is published on the Site. Your continued use of the Site means that you accept the current terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise from these terms.
